What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks or debit cards.

Do you have a sizing chart?

All information related to sizing is available in the item description next to the shopping cart item. If there are any questions please contact us with the item name and we will reply with all available information.

How much will my item cost to ship?

Shipping & handling costs are based on a flat rate of $4.95 (USD) both domestic (US) and international.

How much time will it take my item to ship?

All in stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days of you placing your order. This does NOT include your ship time.

What shipping method do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service Priority Flat Rate service.

How do I track my order?

Since we ship using the United States Postal Service; you can check the tracking number emailed to you for an estimated delivery date.

How much will my item cost to ship?

Shipping & handling costs are based on a flat rate of $4.95 (USD) both domestic (US) and international. All pricing is in USD! Please remember that your country may charge you extra duty and customs fees that Wiloh is not responsible for. Each country is different so please make sure to consult your countries customs before ordering.

How much time will it take for my item to arrive?

For international orders, it is impossible for us to determine how long the customs process will take so please keep that in mind when ordering. We ship all packages USPS and it can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks! Most packages arrive within 2 weeks but due to customs and country postal services, we have no control over your mail system once it leaves our country.

What is the method of shipping that you use for international orders?

United States Postal Service Flat Rate Shipping International which according to USPS takes 6 to 10 days for shipping. This does not include the time your package is held in customs.

What is your return policy?

We would like to thank you for shopping at Wiloh and we hope you had a pleasant shopping experience. We understand that online shopping does present its challenges. Here are the rules and policies you need to know before buying an item and for all returns and exchanges.

• You must notify us by email first at customerservice[at]wiloh.com for us to approve your return/exchange. Please let us know in the email the reason for your return/exchange and what you would like to exchange your purchased item for.
• All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the outgoing delivery date.
• All items returned/exchanged must be in original condition with all tags attached, and should not have been worn, washed or damaged. This does not mean you cannot try it on, but any returned/exchanged item must not have any makeup or deodorant marks. Please take care when trying on your item. All wiloh items are checked for quality before being sent out for delivery to our customers.
• You as the buyer are responsible for all costs if you are returning an item. It is recommended that you send your returned item using tracked postage. Wiloh will not accept responsibility for any lost items.
• If you are exchanging an item Wiloh is responsible for only the return "outbound" shipping costs, not the "inbound" shipping. It is recommended that you send your exchanged item using tracked postage. Wiloh cannot not accept responsibility for any lost items.
• If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged Wiloh will accept the costs in sending back the item. We will credit you with the delivery cost you incurred. Please include a duplicate copy of your postage receipt with your item for our records.
• International customers returning/exchanging defective/damaged items must use standard international air mail in order to receive a credit for shipping costs incurred. Please ask for an airmail sticker to be put on your package.
• NO CASH REFUNDS. We will refund you back using the method you used to make payment.
• NO STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGE ONLY.

How long will it take for me to receive my exchanged item?

Normally it takes 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return.

I chose the wrong size, can I exchange it for a different size?

Yes you can. Please read our returns policy to find out how to make an exchange.

What makes your tees eco-friendly?

Here at Wiloh, we only print our designs on apparel made from eco-friendly fabrics such as certified organic cotton and sustainable bamboo. We only use apparel suppliers who`s manufacturing methods are eco-friendly, carbon neutral and sweat shop free, and of course Wiloh only prints on fashion-fitting styles in-line with current fashion trends!

Are the inks that you use for printing eco-friendly?

YES! We only use eco-friendly water based inks in the printing of our garments!

How can I become a designer for Wiloh?

Our designers are carefully sourced; only the most inspiring and creative people from around the world are chosen to help us tell the Wiloh story and raise eco-awareness with our apparel.
