We prefer that you contact us via email customerservice[at]wiloh.com as the communication is then logged between you and us. At Wiloh we take all customer service emails very seriously and we aim to respond within a three hour time period.

Return / Exchange Policy

We would like to thank you for shopping at Wiloh and we hope you had a pleasant shopping experience. We understand that online shopping does present its challenges. Here are the rules and policies you need to know before buying an item and for all returns and exchanges.

  • You must notify us by email first at customerservice[at]wiloh.com for us to approve your return/exchange. Please let us know in the email the reason for your return/exchange and what you would like to exchange your purchased item for.
  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the outgoing delivery date.
  • All items returned/exchanged must be in original condition with all tags attached, and should not have been worn, washed or damaged. This does not mean you cannot try it on, but any returned/exchanged item must not have any makeup or deodorant marks. Please take care when trying on your item. All wiloh items are checked for quality before being sent out for delivery to our customers.
  • You as the buyer are responsible for all costs if you are returning an item. It is recommended that you send your returned item using tracked postage. Wiloh will not accept responsibility for any lost items.
  • If you are exchanging an item Wiloh is responsible for only the return "outbound" shipping costs, not the "inbound" shipping. It is recommended that you send your exchanged item using tracked postage. Wiloh cannot not accept responsibility for any lost items.
  • If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged Wiloh will accept the costs in sending back the item. We will credit you with the delivery cost you incurred. Please include a duplicate copy of your postage receipt with your item for our records.
  • International customers returning/exchanging defective/damaged items must use standard international air mail in order to receive a credit for shipping costs incurred. Please ask for an airmail sticker to be put on your package.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS. We will refund you back using the method you used to make payment.
  • NO STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGE ONLY.

Shipping Policy,

All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Domestic (United States of America)

  • Packages will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Flat Rate.
  • Items delivered in an average of 2-3 business days after the shipping date.
  • Delivery confirmation available.

International Customers

  • Packages will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International Flat Rate.
  • Items delivered in an average of 6-10 business days after the shipping date.
  • Delivery confirmation not available.

All International shipments and respective duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We will take no responsibility for any processed order demanded by your respective government agency and/or tax authority.
